Your one fixed monthly invoice is inclusive of building insurance, contribution to business rates, service charges, and property maintenance, plus 8 hours free use of the on-site conference facility at no extra cost.

 

You also have the option of moving in on the day you sign up to our single page licence agreement - or vacating with as little as 3 months notice. If circumstances require you to upsize, downsize or take on additional temporary offices, you can relocate freely to a larger or smaller office within the premises allowing your business the flexibility to grow and evolve to meet your needs.

 IT Infrastructure

Benefit from our state-of-the art IT infrastructure. Fully-managed by our on-site management team so you don't have to spend precious time calling your IT support if something goes wrong. Our shared network is delivered on a 100mbps Fibre Optics line.

 

With your Office, you will receive a HD handset and DDI Number. Your business will only pay for what you use, receiving more phones as you expand. Incoming calls can be answered by dedicated receptionists in the centre as part of our Virtual Phone Package.

 MAINTENANCE free

Growing your business will be your only focus as property management and maintenance will be dealt with by our team. All office accommodation will be cleaned regularly, secure at all times, and fully covered for ongoing maintenance and repairs.

In each the centre, there are IT and communications departments and general management facilities that look after you. Offering you a flexible and simple licence agreement, with the added benefit of having all essential amenities in place and taken care of. Giving you more time to utilise your workspace.
